About this position

We are seeking passionate and motivated R&D Assistants to join our expanding Research and Development team. We have three exciting opportunities available, specializing in Gummy & Jelly Products, Beverage Products, and Project-Based R&D.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of new product formulations, from concept to commercialization.
• Conduct laboratory experiments, analyze data, and document findings meticulously.
• Contribute to the improvement of existing product formulations and processes.
• Assist in stability studies and shelf-life analysis of products.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new ingredients, and emerging technologies in food science and traditional Thai medicine.
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment adhering to safety regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and quality assurance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Traditional Thai Medicine, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in a research and development role within the food or beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of food science principles, ingredients, and processing techniques.
• Knowledge of traditional Thai medicine principles and applications in food and beverages is a plus (especially for the Gummy and Project roles).
• Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
