In this global role you will coordinate, plan, and produce internal communications across the entire East-West Seed Group, fostering a culture of shared understanding. The Internal Communications Manager aims to ensure that colleagues feel informed and connected to our mission and core values, enabling us to effectively support smallholder farmers worldwide.
• Collaborate with the Communications team to update and implement an internal communications strategy that supports overall company objectives
• Report to the Group Head of Communications, working closely with the Group HR team and HR Business Partners across different markets
• Lead and coordinate ongoing internal communications projects and activities
• Align and coordinate internal communication campaigns from other functions within the Group to prevent overcommunication to employees
• Plan, edit, and write content for a variety of internal communication channels, such as magazines and regular email bulletins
• Plan, execute, and continuously develop global town hall meetings
• Develop and implement a change communications plan
• Ensure consistency between internal and external communication messages
• Draft messages or scripts for senior executives to present to employees in both written and spoken formats
• Provide communications support for cross-functional campaigns and projects, including HR initiatives, to shape company culture and sustainability efforts
• Develop communication strategies and content to support local change and transformation activities, ensuring alignment with ongoing business or people strategy communication plans
• Manage internal corporate events, including planning, organizing, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Create engaging internal formats, such as in-person, hybrid, or digital events
• Manage the budget and maintain records of internal communications activities
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Degree in communications, public relations, branding, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Experience working in an international environment
• Ability to gain a deep understanding of the company, its purpose, strategy, operations, business objectives, and industry
• High level of computer literacy, encompassing not only spreadsheets, presentations, and design software, but also modern tools such as wikis, collaboration platforms, and communication tools
• Outgoing, energetic personality
• Strong interpersonal skills

• Creative thinker with the ability to generate out-of-the-box ideas
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
