About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop concepts and design advertising materials for both online and offline channels, including still images, videos, banners, brochures, packaging, etc., to be used in various company campaigns.
• Create visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and capture the attention of our target audience.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute communication strategies that achieve marketing objectives.
• Define and enforce style guidelines, including tone, color palettes, and visual elements, to ensure consistency across all brands (G'nite, Jellyme, Ener+G, and HandyHerb).
• Review and maintain the quality of all design work to meet established standards and accurately reflect brand image.
• Continuously develop, refine, and update the Style Guide to stay current and relevant.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the creative team, fostering their ability to produce high-quality work that meets objectives.
• Cultivate a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovative ideas and solutions.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Creative/Graphic Design, with proven experience in team management. This should include experience designing for both online and offline channels, such as:
• Online: Website design, social media content creation, digital advertising, email marketing, etc.
• Offline: Brochures, packaging, point-of-sale displays, event signage, print advertising, etc.
• Exceptional creativity and ability to consistently generate fresh ideas.
• Strong understanding of design principles and their application across various media.
• Solid understanding of Brand Identity and Brand Communication.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
