Senior Officer, AC Engineering Dealer Sales
About this position
The Senior Officer, AC Engineering Dealer Sales is responsible for categorizing accounts by their sales type, setting growth plans, and providing guidance for sales activities while managing risks and ensuring compliance with pricing contracts.
Responsibilities
• Account analysis by sales type: Participate in categorization of accounts by their sales type and growth plans based on their target business type.
• Sales activity management: Participate in the management of the feasibility of the sales activities based on the sales/marketing plans aimed at achieving common goals with accounts (set guidelines for ROI analysis and sales activities regarding ATL(Above the line) and BTL(Below the line)).
• Volume management: Analyze accounts' carried product volume, product logistics, actual sales, and inventory.
• Risk management: Check for potential financial risks in the account's collateral (limit), orders, and payment.
• Retail channel management: Analyze whether the contract, pricing policy, and the product distribution channel are aligned.
Requirements
• Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures.
• Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors.
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
• Generally requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience.
