About this position
The Officer, IT Solutions is responsible for supporting users with IT-related issues, managing various IT systems, and ensuring smooth operation of network and server functionalities.
Responsibilities
Job responsibilities:
• Support users and troubleshoot IT-related problems according to priority/ user/ project requirements by phone, remote support, or onsite support
• Investigating, diagnosing, and solving computer software and hardware faults, repairing equipment, and replacing parts
• Supporting the IT Implementation projects and coordinating with vendors and all concerned departments
• Ensure network systems and server function smoothly (performance monitoring) and identify key improvements
• Administrator of Active Directory (Manage user and group policy), Manage Authentication in File Server and Group Policy (GPO)
• Administrator of Cisco IP Phone system, Cisco Wi-Fi (ISE and wireless controller)
• Administrator of VPN system
• Network Administrator and monitoring
• Managing Firewall Rule for new application request
• Managing and monitoring security systems such as Antivirus, Malware Detection System (MDS), Samsung Global Security Platform (SGSP)
• Manage and operate Time & Attendance Server, Print Server, File Server, DHCP Server, Backup Server, and CCTV.
• Handle IT expenses execution and payment process
• Support on VDO conference sessions, Company activity, and VIP visitors based on user requirement
• Provide any ad-hoc support or report request by a supervisor, RHQ, or HQ.
Requirements
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Computer, MIS or other related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in IT Support.
• Ability to learn new technologies
• Able to work with team, quick learner and self-motivate.
• Basic knowledge of IT Operation, IT Planning, Windows operating system, Network, O365, Active Directory and Group Policy, Network TCP/IP, Cisco Network, Hyper Convert, VM Ware and Backup Solutions
• Good English for communication.
• Strong in service mind.
