Manager, Digital Wallet Service
About this position
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to lead the development and launch of our new digital wallet service in Thailand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the product life cycle from conception to launch, ensuring that our digital wallet meets market needs and complies with local regulations. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including technology, design, compliance, and marketing, to deliver a product that offers a seamless and secure digital payment experience to our users.
Responsibilities
• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with the company's goals and market needs.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and regulatory landscape in Thailand.
• Develop and prioritize product features and roadmap, balancing user needs, business priorities, and technical capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of product features.
• Work with compliance and legal teams to ensure the product meets all regulatory requirements and standards.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launch activities.
• Analyze product performance and user feedback post-launch to inform future product enhancements and iterations.
• Stay up-to-date with fintech trends, digital payment technologies, and regulatory changes that could impact the product.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, digital payments, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of the digital payment ecosystem and regulatory environment in Thailand.
• Proven track record of developing and launching successful digital products or services.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
• Adaptive and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment.
