Assistant Manager, Shop Management
About this position
Set and implement in-store strategy in link to product and marketing strategies. Increase the in-store purchase rate through differentiated in-store display and customer experience solutions. Carry out in-store total solution consulting and improvement efforts for retail store conditions.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for overall construction and project management including project timeline planning, design overview, progress tracking and completion report of all Samsung shop and asset in Thailand.
• Ensure Retail experience matching with customer’s profile with Product Category display management is effectively delivered and aligned with company and business unit direction.
• Shop Investment ROI together with Annual, Quarterly and Monthly Budget management must be will organized, planned and communicated in a timely basis with all stakeholders.
• Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders (i.e. sales, partners, vendor/contractor, landlord and HQ) to deliver best practice of shop layout, perspective design, construction, and set up in accordance with Samsung Global criteria and retail market standard.
• Provide local guideline of Samsung shop including process, required document, BOQ, and standard rate, vendor recruitment, and bidding process.
• Manage shop maintenance request to maintain quality of brand, asset condition, product and merchandising visibility.
• Control and supervise all related construction and maintenance to deliver project as commitment under allocated budget.
• Provide report relevant to supervisor request.
Requirements
• Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments.
• Typically requires minimum 5 years' of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience.
