About this position
Responsibilities
• Maximize sales revenue by understanding the assigned accounts by
1. Marketing communication (Direct communication, Offline communication, Media communication)
2. Product portfolio management (line up, exclusivity)
3. Setting up Trade plan, promotion plan, price plan
4. Demand Fcst, Supply alignment
5. Creating Sell out platform
• Pursue market leadership via understanding the value chain of online and traditional businesses and secure market leadership by managing market distribution trends.
• Manage product portfolios (range, exclusivity), sell-in and sell-out platforms, logistic methodologies, and inventory management and control weekly, monthly, and annual sales revenue by account to drive sales of the assigned function.
• Initiate sales and trade plan to meet sale target by developing Strategy for Short-term and long-term plans to grow online e-store sales through various channels.
• Plan demand forecast to make sure that stock is available for sale.
• Develop strategic placement of onsite banners and all visibilities tailored to enhance customer experience and maximize visibility.
• Increase the number of customers by optimizing performance through e-shop development and management.
• Understand the market and consumer and be able to analyze and propose promotions that match each target group.
• Administrative of the price approval process. Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact within the e-Commerce organization for cross-functional partners acting as a project manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement, and e-Commerce initiatives.
• Build and direct a cohesive team of internal and external personnel to effectively develop e-Commerce solutions.
• Explore new channel expansion to build new revenue.
Requirements
• A degree in business or a related degree is essential.
• At least 4 years’ working experience in FMCG, Pure Player, and e-Commerce capacity.
• Preferred background in trade marketing and key account management (B2B)
• Knowledge of the internet, e-commerce, direct sales and marketing, and familiarity with best practices and web-based marketing is essential.
• A systematic and logical approach to problem solving and a capacity to work around problems.
• Ability to adapt and respond quickly to a fast changing environment.
• Well-organized project management approach.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Thai and English.
• Ability to influence, manage stakeholders and take on needs across the business.
