About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop post-activity report as basis requirement of the consolidated program report.
• Coordinate and engage in the preparation, delivery of workshops/consultative assignments (facilitating)/monev, and post-activity report in accordance with the scope assigned.
• Evaluate and compile participants pre-post test.
Requirements
• Have a good understanding on curriculum design and planning, including the integration of curricula, various instructional methods, approaches, strategies, and assessment.
• Have a good practice on being an engaging presenter and skilled facilitator.
• Have demonstrable experience of teaching and/or leading schools.
• Up to date on pedagogical theory and practical instructional and technology implementation.
• Able to connect with people from a wide range of cultural backgrounds.
• Able to perform oneself as well-organized and are able to meet report writing deadlines.
