About this position

SAMPOERNA ACADEMY is seeking an Associate Teacher for the Elementary level for the academic year 25/26. The role focuses on creating an innovative learning environment and supporting student development through collaboration and effective teaching practices.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative lesson plans and enhance the learning environment for students.
• Collaborate with teachers to monitor the development of students.
• Work with students in the classroom to promote their learning and development.
• Observe and evaluate student's performance and development.
• Understand the teacher's routine when it comes to delivering a lesson plan and running the class in the event that the teacher is absent on a particular day.
• Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education (PGSD) or Psychology.
• Preferably having at least 3 years of experience as Associate Teacher in private or international school.
