Marketing Analyst
About this position
The Marketing Analyst position requires a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices to interpret data and provide actionable insights for data-driven marketing plans.
Responsibilities
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices for interpreting data and providing actionable insights and data-driven marketing plans.
• Understands customer behavior, marketing funnels, and key business concepts (SWOT, competitors, pricing).
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, and social media engagement etc.
• Collaborate with marketing teams (e.g., content marketing, social media) to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
• Clearly communicates insights to internal and external stakeholders using empathy and effective dashboards.
• Generate reports and presentations to communicate marketing performance and insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (a plus for Master's degree).
• At least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for marketing and a keen understanding of digital marketing principles.
• Ability to work under pressure with Positive thinking.
• Experience in Data Analysis would be an advantage.
