Requirements
• Expertise in HR policies, employee relations, and performance management
• Thorough knowledge of labor and employment laws and compliance regulations
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with employees and managers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and to process data effectively
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources management, business administration, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in the field of Human Capital
