About this position

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner (Staff Levels) located in Surabaya. The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for managing human resource policies, employee relations, labor and employment law compliance, performance management, and other HR-related tasks as assigned.

• Labor and employment law compliance
• Performance management
• Other HR-related tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Expertise in HR policies, employee relations, and performance management
• Thorough knowledge of labor and employment laws and compliance regulations
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with employees and managers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and to process data effectively
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources management, business administration, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in the field of Human Capital
