Aerospace We specialize in the precision machining of niche aerospace products of complex geometry from aluminum alloys to hard & tough materials such as stainless steel, titanium, and nickel-based alloys. Our products are being used in narrow and wide-body aircraft, and regional and business jets.

About this position

The Talent Acquisition position involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building relationships with hiring managers, and attracting top talent to the organization.

Responsibilities

Recruitment:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process to ensure fulfill headcount with quality and timely.
• Be a trusted partner to hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process, and hiring purposes.
• Utilize your expertise to identify, engage, and attract top talents through various channels.
• Proactively approach passive candidates that are potentially fit to the team and build a pipeline and a robust network of talents.
• Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
• Updating job descriptions and interview questions that reflect company’s values, and the requirements for each position.
• Foster long-term relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
• Keep track of recruitment practices and use data to refine and optimize recruitment strategies to ensure efficiency and success.
• Prepare weekly recruitment report and provide updates to hiring manager and line-manager.
• Lead the employer branding initiatives and representing the organization at job fairs and recruiting events.

Other tasks:
• Support HR Team for employee relation and corporate activities
• Advise and coach HR junior staff
• Other assigned by management

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Political Science or related field
• At least 7 years working experience in related human resource functions, preferable in recruitment scope from leading companies or recruitment agencies
• Experience in full-cycle of recruitment, especially for engineer levels, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Fluent in both Thai and English languages
• Ability to work individually with expatriate internal clients and overseas HR teams
• Positive thinking, and good personality
• Interpersonal understanding with strong negotiation & communication skill.
