About this position

The Program Management position involves communication with customers and managing internal teams to launch new projects into mass production, ensuring that all projects meet the required standards.

Responsibilities

• Program Management shall communicate with Customers and manage internal cross-functional team to launch new projects to Mass Production.
• Program Management must have analytical skill to maintain manufacturing BOM and Routing, Cost analysis, Engineering and Production Data to ensure each project during Mass production meet the standards.
• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring assigned engineering projects or setting up new production lines.
• Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods and maintain the project's profitability.
• Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.

Requirements

• Must be English-speaking, and able to write
• Knowledge of project management and QMS
• Preferred with management of projects with reputable US companies
• Knows MS project and Gantt Chart
• Good customer relationship-building
