The Production Supervisor (Machining Process) at SAM Precision (Thailand) Co., Ltd in Ban Bueng, Chonburi is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, managing staff, and ensuring safety and efficiency in the machining and assembly areas.
Responsibilities
• Preparation for daily production for Machining and Assembly area such as manpower, materials, delivery plan efficiency based on production plan.
• Supervises subordinates and provides on the job coaching & feedback and training.
• Coordinate with related parties to develop the production lines including cost estimates, timelines and specifications for business feasibility studies and maintenance activities.
• Enhance safety consciousness and awareness in the workplace.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in engineering field, or relevant.
• 5 years of experiences as Production Supervisor in manufacturing process, Machining process and CNC programming.
• Experienced in new set up plant would be an advantage.
• CNC machining process and cutting tools.
• Lean/Six Sigma.
• Good command in English.
• 5 working days: Monday - Friday.
• Able to support shift work.
