Our products are being used in narrow and wide-body aircraft, and regional and business jets.

About this position

Human Resource Business Partner (Compensation & Benefits) is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering comprehensive compensation and benefits programs including end-to-end payroll processes while contributing to strategic initiatives in employee compensation and benefits to align with the organization's strategic objectives. This role will work closely with managements to ensure that compensation and benefits strategies are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations strived to achieve excellence in all endeavors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular compensation analysis and benchmarking studies to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide advice on compensation structure and design solutions that meet organization’s needs and business goal.
• Support the annual review of job grading structures and compensation scales to ensure market competitiveness, including review and redesigning of present grade & pay structure to facilitate retention & career development aligned with company benchmarks.
• Evaluate and design the company’s compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company’s strategic plans.
• Responsible for design, development, implementation and administration of compensation programs to support attraction, retention and motivation of employees.
• Oversee time attendance, leave, and overtime records to ensure accuracy in the HR system.
• Manage payroll processing for new joiners, resignations, dismissals, and employee status changes.
• Handle payroll year-end activities, including income tax submissions (PND.1 Gor, PND.91), withholding tax certificates (50 Twi), and workmen’s compensation (Gor Thor 26, 20, 25 Gor). Ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations.
• Stay current with payroll regulations and support internal and external audits related to payroll.
• Build understanding of existing C&B Framework and C&B concepts and knowledge with HR Team to help them implement it in their compensation and benefits review and recommendations.
• Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate payroll reporting and reconciliation, supporting both local and international payroll processes.
• Manage internal and external information with sensitivity and confidentiality under PDPA Law.
• Consolidate HR data and reports.
• Any others project if assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in compensation and benefits and related HR functions.
• Proven experience in compensation and benefit.
• Strong knowledge of PDPA Law.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to communicate.
