HR OFFICER – RECRUITMENT / TA
About this position
The HR Officer – Recruitment / TA is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and developing recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent.
Responsibilities
• Execute end-to-end process of recruitment (regular and outsourcing staff)
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
• Source applicants through various channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
• Organize and participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus road shows, to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment due to PDPA/RBA, including interview notes, reference checks, offering packages, and related paperwork
• Provide weekly reports and updates
• Develop recruitment strategy
• Support HR Team for employee relations and corporate activities
• Other assigned by management
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Political Science or related field
• At least 7 years of working experience in related human resource functions, preferably in recruitment scope from leading companies or recruitment agencies
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, especially for engineer levels, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Fluent in both Thai and English languages
• Ability to work individually with expatriate internal clients and overseas HR teams
• Positive thinking, and good personality
• Interpersonal understanding with strong negotiation & communication skills.
