Aerospace We specialize in the precision machining of niche aerospace products of complex geometry from aluminum alloys to hard & tough materials such as stainless steel, titanium, and nickel-based alloys. Our products are being used in narrow and wide-body aircraft, and regional and business jets.

About this position

The HR Officer – Recruitment is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinating with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, and maintaining recruitment records while supporting the HR team's activities.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end process of recruitment (regular and outsourcing staff)
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
• Source applicants through various channels, such as Jobsdb, Jobthai, Facebook and other professional networks
• Organize and participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus road shows, to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment due to PDPA/RBA, including interview notes, reference checks, offering packages, and related paperwork
• Provide weekly reports and updates
• Develop recruitment strategy
• Support HR Team's activities
• Other assigned by management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Political Science or related field
• At least 2 years of working experience in related human resource functions, preferably in recruitment scope from leading companies or recruitment agencies
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, especially for CNC Technician and engineer level, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Good in both Thai and English languages
• Ability to work individually with internal expatriate employees and overseas HR teams
• Positive thinking, and good personality
• Strong negotiation & communication skills.
