HR – Internal Communication & Engagement Officer
About this position
The HR – Internal Communication & Engagement Officer is responsible for enhancing employee engagement and communication within the organization, aligning initiatives with company objectives and culture.
Responsibilities
• Create and implement employee engagement align with company objectives, values, and culture.
• Utilize surveys, feedback, and other methods to measure employee satisfaction, engagement levels, and morale. Analyze results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Improve Employee Retention: Identify factors influencing employee turnover and collaborate on initiatives to improve retention through engagement and satisfaction.
• Develop and execute internal communication to ensure consistent, clear, and timely communication across all levels of the organization.
• Plan and execute employee engagement events, such as team-building activities, wellness programs, volunteer opportunities, and company celebrations.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in human resource managements, Political Science, Phycology, Business Journalism or related field.
• At least 1-3 years’ experience in HR engagement, employee branding.
• Ability to create, drive the project and details activity and finish on schedule by themselves.
• Positive attitude and can to attitude with good interpersonal skills, problem-solving, service mind and multi-tasks person.
• Good at design/computer program such as CANVA, Microsoft Office, social media and engagement survey tools.
