Sakol Energy Public Company Limited or “SKE” has been a listed company in SET market, energy & utilities sector since Nov 2017. SKE is operating energy businesses which areprivate mother station operator (PMS) for 2 stations, RBF – production and distribution of compressed bio-methane gas (CBG) and MKP - biomass power plant with the installed capacity of 9.9 MW. The company is the leading private mother station operator in Thailand, providing natural gas compression service for NGV trailer trucks of PTT which distribute NGV to NGV stations which are not along natural gas pipelines or Daughter Station, including improving natural gas quality to meet the regulators' standards. The Company currently has 2 NGV Private Mother Stations, namely Pathum Thani Private Mother Station and Saraburi Private Mother Station.

About this position

The HR Learning & Development - Supervisor and HRBP & Recruitment roles focus on identifying training needs, developing programs, and managing recruitment processes to support the organization's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify training and development needs of all the departments within the company
• Work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results
• Organize training materials and oversee training programs
• Ensure that the planned training programs stay within budget
• Track and assess the progress of trainees and provide reports to the senior management
• Answer employee questions and inquiries related to training and development programs and resolve any training-related issues if they arise
• Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
• Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
• Provide HR policy guidance
• Collaborate with leadership to implement HR initiatives that support the organization’s strategic goals
• Drive engagement initiatives, facilitating activities that promote a positive work environment and align with company values
• Use data-driven insights to support workforce planning, identify areas for improvement, and drive HR decisions
• Lead the full recruitment cycle for designated roles, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates, utilizing multiple sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to identify qualified candidates, partnering with HR Managers to select the best talent
• Manage candidate communications, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop and enhance recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs

Requirements

• Master's Degree in HRD or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, related field
• 3 - 5 years of solid experience in HRD, Learning & Development
• Communicates challenges and influences a variety of stakeholders effectively
• Adapts and works effectively with a variety of situations, individuals or groups.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred.)
• 3 - 5 years of solid experience in HRBP or Recruitment Role
• Communicates challenges and influences a variety of stakeholders effectively
