Executive Secretary
About this position
Responsibilities
• Providing secretarial support functions for the executive: making appointments, calendars and scheduling, interaction with both internal and external executives, preparing for internal and external meetings/events, travel & accommodation arrangements.
• Verify the accuracy of documents submitted by each department for executive approval and manage the document signing process to ensure completeness and correctness.
• Attend meetings and keep minutes of the meeting as required.
• Prepare monthly expense summary reports and other necessary documents for executives.
• Coordinate with internal organization and related partners.
Requirements
• 1 - 3 years experience in a Secretary, Personal Assistant or working with executive management.
• Excellent command in English and Thai.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office: MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good personality, dynamic, energetic entrepreneurial and service mind.
