About this position

The HR Strategic Policies Manager is responsible for developing and optimizing HR policies, implementing human resource development initiatives, and cultivating organizational values to align with the group's strategic growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Policy Development and Optimization
• Design, Develop, Formulate and standardize human resource management policies, practices, and processes to ensure alignment with the group's business operations and strategic growth objectives.
• Implementation of Human Resource Development Initiatives
• Executive Development Program: Design and execute leadership development programs to support succession planning and drive sustainable organizational growth.
• Career Path and Development: Develop comprehensive career path frameworks and implement tailored professional development plans to meet the strategic goals of the organization.
• Competency Frameworks: Establish and refine competency sets and guidelines to standardize performance assessment and employee development across the group.
• Knowledge Management Systems: Create robust systems and initiatives to facilitate knowledge sharing and provide employees with access to flexible and diverse learning platforms.
• Cultivation of Organizational Values (SSI Group Values)
• Design and execute initiatives and activities that embody and reinforce the Company Group's Core Values through expected behaviors, fostering enhanced business outcomes and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Liberal Arts, Psychology, or related fields.
• At least 5 - 10 years of proven experiences above as an HR Policy
• Has Supervisor level experiences is advantage
• Demonstrate an understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Able to communicate in English
