About this position

The Business Development position involves exploring new business opportunities and leading projects from inception to investment decision, while collaborating with key stakeholders and assessing project impacts and risks.

Responsibilities

• Explore and evaluate new business opportunities and investment prospects for the company, including partnerships, joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Lead projects from inception to investment decision, overseeing processes such as market analysis, financial assessment, commercial business planning, feasibility studies, and synergy creation.
• Serve as the primary contact point with potential partners to drive projects in all aspects, including aligning deal concepts and negotiating agreement terms.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop investment business cases and finalize agreements, including securing senior management approval, creating commercial plans with sales and marketing teams, and developing financial feasibility models in collaboration with the corporate finance team and/or financial advisors.
• Assess the overall impact and risks of projects across strategic, commercial, and financial dimensions.

Requirements

• ปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง หรือสูงกว่า
• ถ้ามีประวัติงานด้านพัฒนาที่ดินนิคมอุตสาหกรรม บริษัทที่ปรึกษา จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
