About this position

Sahamitr Pressure Container Plc. (SMPC) is seeking a Business Analyst to join their energetic team to grow the business and enter a new era of business expansion, focusing on B2B market research, data analytics, and business process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external correspondences to gather primary market information and trends.
• Design, collect, and analyze customer satisfaction surveys and specific-purpose market research surveys.
• Monitor market situation and industry movements and contribute to strategy development to achieve organizational goals.
• Planning, preparing communication materials, and participating in marketing or related project executions.
• Work in the team to propose and execute annual marketing activity calendar.
• Support and work closely with management team in special projects for new service, business research and feasibility study.

Requirements

• Academic background in Science, Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration or relevant field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Data Analysis Tools.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, good service-minded, and teamwork-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral) and Thai.
• Work experience in marketing, strategic planning, consulting, or business analytics, international experience is a plus.
