About this position
Responsibilities
• Manage, control and supervise the human resources management jobs (Recruiting and selection, Compensation and benefits, Performance management/OKR & KPI, Training and development, Organizational development, Career development (Talent Management & Succession Plan), Labor relations and discipline), administration jobs (Uniform, Stationary, Maid & Gardener, Guardsman, Canteen, Building), IT, environment, and Safety to meet the objectives and goals of the company.
• Make recommendations and take action to improve and develop the organization. Both in general and in human resource management, administrative work, IT, environment, and safety.
• Others jobs as assignment.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human resource management, Organizational development or other related fields.
• Ms Office skills.
• Quality management system capabilities ISO 9001:2015, BRC, GMP, HACCP, FSC.
• Able to communicate in English.
