About SPI Saha Pathana Inter-Holding Public Company Limited (SPI) is a holding company and investment arm of Saha Group. Therefore, we seek high-caliber individuals with the highest ethics and customer service to help launch and operate.

About this position

The Senior Investment Executive is responsible for conducting detailed business analysis, evaluating investment opportunities, and managing relationships with partners while preparing presentations and providing market research.

Responsibilities

• Gather information and perform detailed business analysis of industries or companies being assigned
• Assist team member in evaluating attractiveness/potential risk of investment opportunity and maintain knowledge/expertise in the industry under coverage
• Perform detailed valuation analysis of target companies
• Assist in managing target companies, as well as evaluating exit opportunities
• Maintain relationship with business/joint venture partners
• Prepare investment presentations for potential investors, banks, and management reporting.
• Provide industry updates and market research information.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties on investment-related issues, such as market studies, investment agreements, structuring, bank financing, etc.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with major in Finance or related field
• Preferably 5 years of experience in investment banking or other related field
• Proficiency in Excel financial modelling including P&L, balance sheet, cashflow and financial analysis and PowerPoint presentation
• Strong conceptual, communication, and analytical skills
• Well-rounded with good understanding of business valuation concept
• High integrity, results-oriented and self-motivated with strong leadership qualities and good teamwork capabilities
• Ability to work under pressure handle multiple assignments and cross-functional simultaneously
• Excellent written and spoken English as well as presentation skills
• Energetic and be able to work independently
• Self-motivated, service-minded, well-organised and result-oriented
• A fast learner, logical, proactive and flexible to change and travel
