The Project Finance (Real Estate) position involves developing financial planning processes, monitoring financial metrics, and collaborating with teams to support strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modelling.
• Monitor key financial metrics and provide regular reporting, analysis, and insights to senior management.
• Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend necessary actions to optimize financial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support for strategic initiatives.
• Act as a change agent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Other ad-hoc task as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, MBA or related fields.
• At least 5 years of work experience in accounting, auditing, financial controller or other applicable analytical functions will be an advantage.
• Good personality, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Being a creative, problem solver and having multi-tasking abilities.
• Minded, Logical, Flexible, and Energetic with Good Human relation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
