About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive F&B strategies aligned with the company's overall goals.
• Create and manage F&B budgets, ensuring profitability and financial sustainability.
• Manages day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality maintain standards.
• Manage inventory and procurement processes to optimize costs and maintain adequate supplies.
• Takes ownership of a Guest’s complaint/concern until it is resolved.
• Follow department safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment.
• Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
• To operate tasks related to running the entire venue (opening/closing, managing shifts, etc.)
Requirements
• Multiple years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a high-volume and/or upscale establishment.
• Good command of English language, both written & spoken.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
