Responsibilities
• Assists the Executive Chef and culinary team with administrative duties such as preparing reports, menus, and inventory lists.
• Handles incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and correspondence related to the culinary department.
• Assists with clerical tasks such as filing, ordering supplies, and maintaining an organized workspace.
• Manages inventory levels of food and beverage supplies.
• Places orders for supplies and ensures timely delivery.
• Tracks and analyzes inventory costs to identify potential savings.
• Tracks and analyzes expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Prepares reports on financial performance and cost control.
• Assists in creating and managing staff schedules.
• Addresses staffing shortages and scheduling conflicts.
• Conducts regular inspections and audits to maintain safety standards.
Requirements
