About this position

The Business Development role at Quantum SDGM involves collaborating with various teams to develop business models, prepare go-to-market plans, and ensure successful application launches.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to develop and refine the business model.
• Collaborate with subsidiaries and related companies in onboarding, testing, and supporting in testing and onboarding processes.
• Assist in preparing the go-to-market plan.
• Work closely with related teams (legal, accounting) to ensure the successful launch of the application.
• Prepare operational frameworks and help set up the team.
• Track project plans and timelines, ensuring adherence to schedules.
• Identify and implement solutions to emerging challenges.
• Document progress and create reports for the management team to update, seek advice, and obtain approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, or strategic planning. Prior experience in application development project is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with corporate users and internal teams.
• Proficiency in tracking project timelines and ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
