About this position
Responsibilities
• Set goals and develop strategic plans for business and revenue growth.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Conduct feasibility study and evaluating investment opportunities of potential project(s) including risk analysis and financial analysis.
• Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective partners.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Managing both our existing project pipeline and developing new business opportunities.
• Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration.
• Another projects by assignment.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or Master Degree in business or management.
• Minimum 5 years of experiences in sales, marketing, project management or related field.
• Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Self Manage and Well Team Work.
• Excellent Organizational skills, Negotiation skill, Adaptability, Entrepreneur mindset, Problem solving skill.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Japanese Language is preferred.
