About this position
The position involves conducting digital surveillance to ensure compliance with production standards and implementing quality control measures.
Responsibilities
• Conduct digital surveillance to ensure production processes comply with standards.
• Ensure the implementation of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) at every production stage.
• Identify potential issues and provide effective solutions.
• Investigate complaints and address concerns.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, or related food fields.
• Knowledge and experience in GMP and HACCP.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with high enthusiasm.
