About this position

The TP Ocean Export Operation position involves coordinating ocean export shipments, handling documentation, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with shipping lines for space booking to meet customers' requirements.
• Handle ocean export documentations (MB/L, HB/L, S/I, VGM, AMS, ISF10+2, etc.).
• Collaborate with shipping lines, internal departments, and overseas offices for smooth and timely ocean export shipments.
• Communicate with customers and shipping lines whenever any issue is resolved.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and work to ensure high levels of service quality.
• Issue invoices, and reports within the time frame as agreed.
• Accurate & complete file archiving.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in TP (USA TRADE) Freight forwarding Business.
• An ability to learn and work with new software and system.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up.
• Energetic, well-organized, self-initiated, and good coordination skill.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word / Excel) and Outlook.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
