About this position
Responsibilities
• Assess and evaluation of compliance, General risk, Environmental risk, ergonomic risk, chemical risk, local risk situation.
• Managing the HSE information, analysis and report to internal, Government and SAFRAN Group.
• Maintain the monitoring program internm of environmetal and working place.
• Support and Involve in SAFRAN activities such as QRQC, ONE SAFRAN, HSE SAFRAN STANDARD.
• Internal audit for ISO14001 & ISO45001.
• Developing professional expertise; applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
• Coordinate with HR to support Psychosocial risk.
• Provide safety & health promotion, counseling on reduction of risks associated with occupational safety, health and environment.
• Perform improvement and risk reduction at working place.
• Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects.
• Coordinate with concern person for onsite service provider control.
• Leading for chemical management.
• Leading for emergency inspection equipment.
• Involve in investigation of accident, incident & nearmiss.
• Support in management of change.
• Support for general plan inspection.
• Conduct necessary training to employees.
• Safety Patrol (GEMBA Walk).
• TOR, PR/PO PEGA RFQ.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health science or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
