QMS Coordinator
About this position
The QMS Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with relevant standards.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, or other relevant standards.
• Establishing and producing quality plans.
• Implement and ensure all requirements specified in the Company Quality Manual, Project Quality Plan and Inspection and Test Plans are being met Customer Requirement.
• Maintain the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures and ensure contents are appropriate for business.
• Organize and manage the plant internal audit system and the corrective action reporting system.
• Ensure compliance to our company's Quality Management System.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing skills (be advantageous).
• English Language skill, Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and structure problems-solving, decision making.
• Engages interest and participation of others and has a collaborative approach to working with others.
• Good organizational skills, managing different communication channels and being able to clearly and concly update colleagues on progress and milestones achieved.
• Communicate efficiently throughout the shop floor and with own and customer's management.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality mind.
• 2+ years of experience working with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar).
• Familiar with Quality Management System.
• Strong auditing experience in manufacturing.
• Membership of an industry related Professional Body would be advantageous.
• Lead Auditor certification be advantageous.
