Industry Marketing Manager

Join our team as an Industry Marketing Manager, where you'll identify market opportunities, develop targeted marketing plans, and perform strategy gap analyses. Your insights will support our frontline and drive continuous industry growth. You'll also provide valuable demand insights to our product planning team and optimize team performance through effective marketing management.
Responsibilities
• Market Insight: Proactively discover market shifts that create opportunities or pose challenges. Analyze customer pain points and select solutions that address those needs effectively. Focus on industries like Higher Education, Government, Healthcare, Hospitality, and other enterprises.
• Market management: Plan and execute industry-specific initiatives to drive growth. Develop and maintain key resources to empower our industry focus. Select, utilize, and retain core industry channels to reach customers effectively. Foster external collaborations to enhance industry reach and value.
• Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with the necessary tools for success. Provide comprehensive sales training to support pre-sales activities. Offer targeted support to key clients and high-impact projects. Guide and support the creation of effective industry-specific sales models.
• Demand Generate: Align industry models with national marketing activities. Plan and execute national marketing campaigns to generate demand. Develop local and regional marketing programs tailored to each industry segment.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of overseas experience working with target industry clients, with a preference for Higher Education, Government/Public Sector, Hospitality, Healthcare, or MNCs.
• Strong product thinking and a proven ability to identify market opportunities and trends.
• Proven experience with successful Go-to-Market (GTM) projects is a significant advantage.
• Technical proficiency in ICT products and solutions, including familiarity with brands like Aruba, Ruckus, Huawei, Cisco, and H3C.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and utilize customer demand insights to inform strategic decisions. Exceptional communication, coordination, and persuasion skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
