About this position

Country Manager in Thailand responsible for identifying key strategic clients, setting sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, driving sales of strategic products, and managing a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with key strategic clients, establish and maintain long-term partnerships, and drive business growth.
• Set and monitor sales targets for the responsible area to ensure sustained growth in sales and market share.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, provide excellent customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Integrate internal and external resources, build an efficient regional resource platform to support sales and business expansion activities.
• Drive sales of strategic products to ensure achievement or exceeding set goals.
• Build and manage an efficient regional sales team, provide guidance and support, and ensure the achievement of team goals. Emphasize talent cultivation, provide development opportunities and training plans for subordinates, and enhance the overall team capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of sales management experience in large companies such as ZTE, Huawei, Cisco, Aruba, HP, etc.
• Proficient in sales strategies: able to flexibly apply various sales strategies and develop effective sales plans for different customers.
• Excellent team management skills: adept at managing teams, unleashing the potential of team members, and driving efficient team operations.
• Excellent communication skills: able to establish good communication channels with customers, partners, and team members to ensure accurate information transmission.
• Sharp market insight: able to accurately grasp market trends and customer needs, providing strong support for the company's strategic decision-making.
• Strong stress resistance: able to remain calm in high-pressure environments, quickly respond to various emergencies, and ensure smooth business operations.
• Continuous learning and innovation: Maintain a passion for learning new knowledge and skills, and constantly explore innovative marketing methods.
