Government Account Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• Touch and corporate with C levels of Government, State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), and Private Companies.
• Meeting sales pipeline weekly to evaluate what is needed to close the deal and Market positioning.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team, and tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Build relations with high level (C level / VP) of each of our customers. Moreover, maintain relationship with our Distributors and Principals.
• Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education. You would be responsible for achieving team and personal targets, either quarterly or yearly.
• Meeting review with Director Monthly.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above in IT related majors such as computer and software.
• At least 5 years of overseas experience in several target industries, such as: Government、Manufacture、State-owned Enterprises(BUMN)、Private Companies、Public Sector、Higher-Education(College and University)、and other large enterprise industries.
• Over 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure including hardware and software.
• Have efficient sales project management capabilities, and have the ability to control the entire process from project opportunity discovery to final order placement.
• Good experience of partner development, management and cooperation.
• Good experience of development, operation and winning big projects.
• Good English skill.
