About this position

The Sales Officer (B2B) is responsible for acquiring new business, managing customer needs, and coordinating with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and sales targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Acquiring new business with prospective leads from online channels.
• Take care and answer customer needs from online channels.
• Make Sales to the target.
• Coordinate with customer from online channels by email, telephone or customer meeting.
• Business analyze and performance update as required and developing tools and templates to make timely promotional decisions.
• Coordinate with the product development team and the production department about the new items and order of the new customer to meet the process to meet the needs of customers.
• Participate the company exhibitions in both domestic and international trade fairs.
• Do the job assigned by the supervisor / manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or another related field.
• Experience in the jewelry business of less than 0-2 years.
• Knowledge of sales techniques.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
