Senior Accountant
About this position
Responsibilities
• Handling for AP / AR /TAX and payment – verify all transactions both local and overseas.
• Handling for General Ledger – accrual / prepaid / adjustment items and others.
• Handling for scrap lenses, mould and assets disposal.
• Ensure that all accounting transactions align with Tax regulations and Company policies.
• Control prepaid expense and accrual expense.
• Reconcile all bank accounts and balance sheet accounts. (prepaid and accrual)
• Cash flow – update actual by weekly and forecast.
• Reconcile and confirm Intercompany transactions with HQ every month-end.
• Analyze the variance of expense every month-end.
• Create and control lease assets.
• Issue manual receipts to customers and debit note to Intercompany.
• Handling for provision calculating of spare parts and materials.
• Support Chief accountant for month-end / year-end closing / physical count / annual auditing.
• Coordinate to Auditors / Bank / Tax officers.
• Other tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting.
• Can work at Ladkrabang Industrial Estate.
• MNC background is preferred.
• Experience in Manufacturing is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in Senior level.
• Experience in SAP will be a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good command in English.
• Can work in Ladkrabang Industrial Estate.
