About this position
Responsibilities
• The overall objective is to meet Business Objectives and Individual Objectives.
• Develop company Portfolio by identifying potential products and market. Prepare and develop marketing objectives, marketing plan including strategies, advertising, price, promotion, competitive tactics, selling message to increase market share, leading effective execution, effective tracking and responding to results to ensure desired business goals.
• Work with Sales Team and Cross Functional Team to ensure the good execution align with marketing strategy.
• Analyzes and defines customers, channels, market requirements and trends. Be knowledgeable and up to date on lens business information, competition, selling skill, and other information required to achieve company's objectives.
• Prepare and develop marketing strategy, marketing campaign, marketing plan and competitor information intelligence to obtain product market share and profit.
• Develop brand communication and implement trade activities to educate customer or consumer to build the brand awareness.
• Develop promotional material or POSM and train to sales team to implement effectively.
• Manage and execute budget and promotional to drive sales growth in both KA and IO channel.
• Create and initiate marketing program or activities to drive the achievement of sales.
• Develops and maintains the contact with customers and KOL, sales force, and channels for understanding their needs.
• Work closely with Cross Function Team to build implementation plan for the product aimed at maximizing customer value and product penetration.
• Provides information for Country Manager by preparing reports and analyses, answering questions and requests.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or related fields
• 3 years’ experience with Optical Industry / 1 year’ experience in Marketing Manager
• Fluent spoken and written English and computer literacy
• Proven track record as analytical mind and communication skills
• Good marketing analysis, business planning, marketing concept and strategic thinking
• Well-organized and good collaboration with sales team and cross functional team
• Proactive and assertive with a good interpersonal skill
• Have a leadership skill and competency in working with people.
• Be self-motivated, result-oriented, strategic thinking and able to work under pressure.
• Have high responsibility and take ownership over the work and assignment.
