About this position

Join Rodenstock in the medical technology industry as a Lens Consultant, where you will be responsible for consulting on eyeglass lenses, providing training, and supporting sales efforts.

Responsibilities

Responsible for consultant of eyeglass lenses including training and support sales.
• Provide both online and onsite training to customers when new products are available or up to date with the latest trends and advancements in products.
• Provide Academic training to customers as requirements from sales department.
• Provide Academic training to colleagues.
• Prepare educational contents and create tools to helps with teaching and learning.
• Take on advising customers on campaigns and promotions.
• Another task as assigned by supervisor or company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Doctor of Optometry.
• 1 years’ experience of Lens consult and Training will be preferable.
• Strong and consistent attention to detail and numerical/mathematical accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in every customer contact.
• Basic technical and troubleshooting skills required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to travel infrequently for customer training, conferences, and exhibitions.
