Responsibilities

• Follow up process to achieve objectives/goals of the department in respect to the production efficiency of the operation (yield, scrap, rework)
• Control the material consumption in respect to minimize the production costs
• Ensure that the production machines and equipment and measuring tools are always in good condition in respect to production output and accuracy of work
• Test new essential, tools and make report
• Management of all activities of our apprentices in the production line
• Research and improve process operation to increase efficiency and solve corrective action
• Following the job flow in the production line

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 0 – 2 years working experience in manufacturing or production field.
• Understanding of production line and facility layout, assembly line balancing.
• Knowledge of using the production machines and equipment.
• Knowledge of planning and control the production schedule.
• Knowledge of resource planning and control.
• Knowledge of production process.
• Knowledge of computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Power point).
• Knowledge of English Language (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing.)
• Skill to learning how to learn.
• Skill to systematic thinking.
• Skill to problem solving.
• Skill to leader and coach.
• Able to work on shift rotation (if need)
