About this position

Responsible for maintaining the organization's financial health, management of budgets, ensures compliance, and provides accurate reports. This role involves establishing robust financial procedures and controls to support informed decision-making and foster sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for all financial matters of the company.
• Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
• Develop, implement and ensure compliance with company/group policies and procedures.
• Manage cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Oversee all of the day-to-day general operation finance: account payables, receivable and control accounts.
• Enable the process of transaction and closing the books in the most effective manner.
• Deal with the technical issues that arise (particularly from Accounting Standards and Tax) in effective manner.
• Coordinate and ensure smooth month- and year-end closing activities.
• Implement and maintain all financial controls and systems within the business, identifying and recommending potential operational improvements.
• Overall responsibility for the assets and liabilities and in particular the working capital and debtor control.
• Day to day management and control of cash book (treasury management in cooperation with Corporate Treasury).
• Review and approve all payments, customer credit limit and purchase order according to limit authorization by corporate and local policy.
• Manage Tax Compliance with external Tax Accountants & Group Tax.
• Improvement of efficiency of administration (total cost control) and introduce best practice solutions.
• Ensure full compliance with all rules and regulation which required by laws.
• Coordination and leading the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monthly analysis of forecast and budget variances, identify trends and risks.
• Analysis of profitability by customers, segments and products.
• Business partner for all finance related questions of the country manager & headquarter and other departments (e.g. sales).
• Provide relevant and timely reports to enable a balanced and objective assessment of group’s strategy and objectives.
• Issues concerning financial control.
• Flexibility to support sales team on new promotions.
• Set finance and non-finance performance indicators (KPIs).
• Communicate intensively with team and business units so problems can be addressed as they arise and before they escalate.

Requirements

• Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting or above.
• Min 5 years experience in management level.
• Accounting and finance professional knowledge.
• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• SAP or ERP system.
• Very good in English communication.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Clear direction, challenging targets, priorities and deliverables for teams, individual and oneself.

• Provide Training and development to team members.
