About this position

The Senior Human Resources Manager will collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring a positive workplace culture and effective talent management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Conduct workforce planning to identify current and future staffing needs.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, change management, and succession planning.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain high-caliber talent.
• Develop employee retention programs, including engagement initiatives and career development plans.
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing complex employee relations issues.
• Ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Mediate conflicts and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring fairness and effectiveness.
• Provide training and coaching to managers on delivering feedback and performance improvement.
• Develop and oversee competitive compensation structures.
• Prepare reports for leadership on HR metrics, trends, and insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools.
• Thorough knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with integrity.
