About this position

The Beauty Content Creator will develop engaging and informative content for social media platforms, focusing on beauty trends and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, engaging, and informative content in the form of Social Media content.
• Experiment with trends, challenges, and innovative approaches to keep the audience engaged.
• Manage and grow presence on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
• Schedule and publish content in alignment with platform algorithms and audience activity patterns.
• Create content around emerging topics to remain relevant. (stay updated on beauty trends)
• Adjust content strategies based on insights to maximize reach and engagement.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of beauty, skincare, and haircare.
• Proficiency in photography, video editing, and graphic design tools (Final Cut Pro, Canva, etc).
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Creativity and ability to generate fresh, engaging ideas.
• Knowledge of social media algorithms, and content marketing.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, or digital content creation.
• A strong personal brand or an active portfolio showcasing previous work.
