About this position
As an Account Executive, you hold a crucial position in driving sales and nurturing client relationships within your assigned territory, particularly with private customers. Your main objective is to effectively promote and sell Roche Diagnostics Indonesia products while exceeding sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Manage sales operations within the designated territory, promoting a comprehensive range of IVD products offered by Roche Diagnostics Indonesia (RDI)
• Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by Roche Diagnostics Indonesia (RDI), ensuring consistent growth and profitability
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to penetrate the market effectively, collaborating closely with third-party logistics (3PL) partners, and conducting thorough account analysis
• Cultivate strong business relationships with key clients, fostering trust and professionalism in all interactions
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for RDI products and services, staying updated on market trends and competitor activity to provide insightful reports to management
Requirements
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university, preferably in Life Sciences or a related field
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the Diagnostics, Medical Devices, or Pharmaceutical industry, demonstrating a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
• Exhibit persistence and determination in achieving desired business outcomes, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Have a results-oriented mindset, capable of achieving targets independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity
