About this position
Responsibilities
• Understand competitive environment, market needs and develop a strategy to position Roche consulting services as key differentiator.
• Deliver consultancy services to the customers by providing the brief, reviewing the draft or drafting proposals and providing input. Be well versed with Roche Systems, Automations (pre and post analytics), IT Solutions and Workflow tools.
• Conduct workflow studies and presentations to customers as well as consulting workshops for customers. Resolve complex customer problems by looking beyond existing methodologies and own discipline to define and facilitate implementation of solutions.
• Project management to jointly deliver on Roche solutions as committed to customers, with other internal team members (e.g. Commercial sales team, Marketing, Application specialists and Field Service Engineer).
• Create a shared vision with the customer team by supporting them with change management & implementation. Create mutually beneficial business partnerships with customers by identifying, researching, analyzing and making recommendations and negotiating strategic alliances.
• Drive new business by identifying, analyzing and comparing alternative opportunities for entering new markets and adopting new consulting services.
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry influences and strategic partners.
Requirements
• You should hold at least a Bachelor of degree (Biology, Pharmacy, Biomedical or any related to Lab medicine) with at least 4 years' experience in IVD industry.
• You should be good in both written and communication in English.
