About this position

As the Account Executive – Private (Bali & Nusra) at Roche, you will be responsible for the sale of the company’s diagnostic products within an assigned territory, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and providing expertise and customer service to accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales, customer relationships and promoting the full range of products for which you are responsible, and other products as required, to all accounts in the designated territory so as to meet or exceed the associated in-market sales target of Roche Diagnostics Indonesia (RDI) on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• All activities are to be aimed to the satisfaction of RD Indonesia customers. All activities are to conform to PT Roche Indonesia policies and global & RDAP guidelines.
• Meet or exceed Sales target by territory by conducting marketing plans, work together with 3PL, and analysing account on planning activities.
• Establish good direct business contacts with key customers to achieve professional business relationship.
• Actively seek out and develop business opportunities for all RDI products and services including market information and competitor activity and report to the Manager.

Requirements

• You should have minimum 2 years experiences as sales in Diagnostics, Medical Devices, or Pharmaceutical area with Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in Life Sciences.
• You should demonstrate persistence and perseverance to achieve desirable business outcomes as well as focus and able to achieve results without constant supervision.
